Refund policy

Fieldhouse Athletic wants you to be satisfied with your order.

Because many items are custom-decorated for a specific team, player, or size, personalized items (including names, numbers, and custom packs) cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Non-personalized items may be returned unused, with tags attached, within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was our mistake.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge.
